These terms cover use of GuyanaProcurement public search, tender alerts, managed monitoring, procurement reports, source coverage, and related customer communications.

Service Role
GuyanaProcurement is an independent procurement intelligence service. It is not a government agency, buyer, procurement authority, legal adviser, or official tender submission platform.
Information Accuracy
We work to keep records useful and source-backed, but procurement notices can change, disappear, close, or contain errors at the source. You are responsible for verifying all deadlines, eligibility rules, addenda, submission instructions, and official documents before acting.
Paid Alerts And Reports
Tender alerts, managed monitoring, and custom bid intelligence are scoped manually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing may vary by sector, source complexity, frequency, urgency, and requested output. No payment is taken through the public request forms.
Permitted Use
You may use the site for normal procurement research and business development. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, copy substantial parts of the service into a competing product, or remove source attribution from exported material.
No Bid Outcome Guarantee
GuyanaProcurement can help with discovery, monitoring, and commercial context. We do not guarantee tender eligibility, buyer decisions, contract awards, bid outcomes, or uninterrupted access to third-party public sources.
